Guaranteed full body workout, 360 focused training. CIRQ & Lift offer class based, group training, where as Flex allows you to slot into a non-stop pre-programmed circuit - your workout, not ours.

CIRQ

40 minutes of fully immersive, functional, cardio and conditioning interval circuits - a HIIT combo guaranteed to destroy fat and drive muscle tone. Squat, push, pull, crunch, slam, punch and plank yourself to the max whilst training through core, cardio and power zones.

LIFT

Strength training circuit spanning across 7 stations, designed to be heavy hitting yet low-impact.  The stronger you get the faster you will run, the further you will jump, the longer you will plank and the more calories you will burn.

FLEX

The perfect solution for those times when you just can’t make a class – jump into our guided circuits at whatever time suits you, between the hours of 8:30 and 6:20pm. Immersive functional fitness training - but at any time which works for you
