FAQs

Check out FAQ's below for info on CIRQ. Any other queries, please email us via info@cirq.life

Changes due to Covid?

We have adapted our sessions to ensure they are very VERY Covid secure. You will always train at your single zone in your own space with your own equipment.

You will have anti-viral sprays to use whenever you want and we clean the mats and equipment periodically throughout the day.

We currently are continuing to run our anytime circuits. HOWEVER, as we've had to reduce max capacity down by a third, if we feel we need to control numbers CIRQ will move to 90minute booking windows, where you'll still have freedom of when you will train but these will be within a 90 minutes period of time. If this is introduced we will let you all know before!

Do I need to book...?

NO!

NO NEED TO BOOK, just turn up and plug your info into our on-site booking portal.

(subject to any changes introduced due to Covid security)

What to expect from a session...

30 minutes of non-stop full body fitness. You'll travel around 9 stations, with clear instruction what to do at each zone. Screens, lighting and interval beeps work alongside our coach to ensure you are fully aware of what to do and making sure you do not lose one second of your fitness time

Do I need to be super fit?

CIRQ sessions have been designed to be open to ALL fitness levels. You train at individual zones in a group environment, meaning you can focus in on yourself and your personal best. All we ask is you push yourself and just grab whatever kit/weight works for you and move. Our coaches are well versed in helping you switch-up an exercise if it's not right for you

Changing Rooms and Showers

We have x6 showers in each changing room, fully kitted out with Rituals product.

We also provide;

  • keyless padlocks
  • towels (shower, sweat and cold post-workout face towel)
