CIRQ Limited (and its associated companies) is committed to protecting your privacy and this Privacy Policy sets out our privacy practices. Please take the time to review this Privacy Policy carefully as it tells you how your personal information will be treated by us. By using any CIRQ Limited site (a “Site”) and our services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. CIRQ Limited wants to offer you the best possible internet experience. Consequently, additional functions, features, products or services are incorporated into the our websites from time to time. This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy. As a result, please remember to refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly to review any amendments.

What do we collect and use personal information for? In order to:

  • Administer your accounts and subscriptions with us;
  • Process orders, payments or applications submitted by you;
  • Customise the service we provide to you;
  • Administrate or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us including your subscription to our service;
  • Verify your identity;
  • Anticipate and resolve problems with any goods or services supplied to you;
  • Carry out market research and tracking of sales data;
  • Send you information about products and services (if you have chosen to receive such information);

We need to collect and process personal information about you (including your name, a user name, gender, birth date, and, in connection with your password, an answer to a question that only you would know). We may ask you for this information through our Site, or via one of our telephone operators. Certain information is collected automatically, as described later in this Privacy Policy.

Although we do not make it compulsory to give us every item of information we ask for, the more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we can tailor our services for you.

Certain services may be offered in conjunction with our carefully chosen partners. If in order to use that service, your personal information needs to be shared or if our partner needs to collect and use it, then we will tell you when you first go to use that service. Log files/ip addresses

When you visit our Sites, we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer the Site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Non personal information

We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Sites. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Sites. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our Sites with information relating to the number of users linking to our Sites from their sites. You cannot be identified from this information.

Information about products and services

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service. In order to help us do this, where you have agreed to receive such information, from time to time we may send you details of products and services which we think may be of interest to you. In addition, from time to time (again, where you have agreed), we may share the information you supply to us with selected third parties to enable them to send you information which may be of interest to you.

In addition, if you sign up for a CIRQ Newsletter as a non-client, we may, from time to time, send you details of products and services which we think may be of interest to you, however we will not share your information with any third parties.

Keeping our records accurate

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time by contacting us. If you have another query relating to your information, please contact us as set out below.

Third party sites

We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites even if you access them using links from our Sites and recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit.

Transferring your personal information outside the european economic area

As part of the services offered to you through our Site, the information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EEA or one of our service providers or partners is located in a country outside of the EEA. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA. If we transfer your information outside of the EEA in this way, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

In addition, if you use our services while you are outside the EEA, your information may be transferred outside the EEA in order to provide you with those services.

Storage of your data

In order to keep your data secure we utilise a number of 3rd parties to store and process your data. We have verified that these sites will handle your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and in line with our policies as outlined elsewhere in this policy.

These include;

ZINGFIT Online – This is the system we use to process your information in relation to any goods or services that you purchase from us. You will be asked to register as a client on ZINGFIT. It is not possible to utilise our services without this registration however you will be asked to choose whether you wish to receive communications from us at the time of registration, this can be amended by you at any time. You will be able to choose to;

  • Receive no communications from us
  • Receive notifications from us in relation to sessions that you have booked or when your sessions are running low if you have purchased a fixed number package.
  • Receive news from us about events related to your interest in our services which may, from time to time, include special offers.

Your Rights

As well as anything mentioned previously in this policy.

You have the right to;

  • Be forgotten – this means we will eradicate or redact any information that we hold on you. Please note that there will be certain information that we are required to retain by law or to protect ourselves from future liability.
  • Request data – this means we will provide you with information on all the data that we hold on you.
  • Amend any data that we hold on you if you feel it is inaccurate or not being held for a reason or time period that you feel you have agreed to.

We will hold the data of anyone who purchases a good or service from us for up to 5 years from the date that the good or service expires.

If you register with us but do not purchase a good or service we will retain your data for 13 months from the date of registration.
